Lead Care Team Associate UHC Details

Essential Job Duties:

· Direct Patient Registration operations-plan, organize, evaluate, and ensure smooth entry of all patients while supporting the full hospital revenue-cycle process.

· Recruit, train, and develop staff-handle hiring, onboarding, ongoing coaching, timely performance reviews, productivity recommendations, and uphold Equal Employment Opportunity goals.

· Partner with Patient Account Services to align registration and billing workflows, implement process improvements, and streamline hand-offs between teams.

· Optimize staffing-create schedules that maximize coverage during peak times, monitor productivity metrics, and collaborate with other departments to remove bottlenecks.

· Control finances-approve payroll, track expenses for budget compliance, and prepare the department's annual operating and capital budgets.

· Ensure regulatory and policy compliance-apply hospital policies, procedures, and HFAP standards, and work closely with physicians, nurses, and directors to maintain registration accuracy.

Qualifications:

· Deep understanding of hospital revenue cycles and related financial workflows.

· Fluent in English-strong verbal and written communication abilities.

· Healthcare or supervisory background required; previous experience essential.

· Flexible availability to support a 24-hour operation schedule.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills with clear, professional communication.
