Lead the Charge in Fiber Expansion - Hiring Now: Administrator Construction Manager

Location: Terre Haute, IN | Contract: 12 Months | Pay: $42.95-$47.62/hr | Full-Time

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Administrator Construction Manager to join our telecommunications client's field operations in Terre Haute, IN . In this high-impact role, you'll be on the frontlines of expanding critical broadband infrastructure across the U.S.-helping connect homes, businesses, and entire communities to high-speed internet.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee and coordinate OSP fiber construction performed by contractors

Ensure work aligns with engineering designs, budget expectations, and quality standards

Communicate with municipalities, utility companies, and internal teams to ensure project alignment

Monitor safety, permitting, and compliance with public right-of-way (ROW) regulations

Attend pre-construction meetings, conduct site inspections, and manage project documentation

Track expenditures and contractor performance; ensure accurate invoicing and recordkeeping

Lead damage investigations and implement preventive actions

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, ISP teams, and project management

What You'll Need to Succeed

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of combined experience in Outside Plant construction and splicing

Strong knowledge of OSP Construction Standards, Unit Descriptions, and SSP contracts

Familiarity with permitting, WZP (Work Zone Protection), and Traffic Control Plans (TCP)

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Able to work outdoors in varying weather, lift moderately heavy equipment, and travel overnight if needed

Valid U.S. driver's license

Willing to work occasional overtime and weekends

Pay Details: $42.95 to $47.62 per hour
