Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lake Katrine, New York. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with billing concerns, and maintain effective communication during challenging situations. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer calls and address billing and collections inquiries.

Accurately log customer information into proprietary systems and databases.

Maintain a composed and attentive demeanor when managing difficult conversations with customers.

Provide clear and concise explanations of company procedures and policies.

Participate in training sessions to learn system functionalities and hand-off protocols.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Uphold confidentiality and security standards while handling sensitive customer data.

Utilize bilingual Spanish skills, if applicable, to enhance communication with diverse customers.

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.

Keep detailed records of interactions and follow up on unresolved matters. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to stay focused and composed during challenging interactions.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
