This is not a remote job nor a retail position. It is working in an office located in Kingston, NY and requires Customer Service experience in an office environment.

Our client, a dynamic player in the moving and storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team (NOT a remote job). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (In office, NOT remote)

Location: Kingston, NY (In the office, NOT a remote job)

Pay Range: $18 - $19 per hour (with potential increase to $20 per hour upon permanent selection)

What's the Job?

Answer all incoming phone calls and manage overflow calls from the Admin Assistant.

Assist the Client Relationship Manager with scheduling moving estimates and actual moves.

Send quotes and perform general office duties.

Maintain accurate data entry skills while working with templates in MS Word and Excel.

Ensure punctuality and attendance to meet performance standards for potential permanent placement.

What's Needed?

Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.

Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
