We're looking for a dependable, detail-drivenAdministrative Assistantwho thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys supporting a hardworking team. If you love multitasking, helping others, and being the behind-the-scenes hero- this role is for you!

??? What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same- and that's the fun part!

Create and process purchase orders

Review, code, and approve invoices

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the right team members

Manage petty cash and complete bank deposits as needed

Maintain and reconcile the branch checkbook

Monitor, order, and restock office supplies

Receive deliveries, identify the correct department, and notify staff

Ship packages via UPS and FedEx

Coordinate and send mail to the Lynchburg office

Keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming (including coordinating cleaning services)

Greet visitors with a smile and notify staff of arrivals

Collaborate with team members and assist other Southern Air branches as needed

Order job materials and support additional administrative tasks

? Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of2 years of customer service experience

At least1 year of call center or similar experience

?? Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in HVAC or a similar trade

Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to professionally manage multiple phone lines

Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize daily responsibilities

Accurate data entry skills, including updating customer accounts and contact information

Extremely high attention to detail

?? Skills & Abilities

Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Language Skills:Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English; communicate effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings

Math Skills:Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to carry out written or verbal instructions and solve routine problems
