Job Summary

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for providing support in the management of the company's financial transactions, cash flow, and banking activities. This role involves a range of administrative and financial tasks, with a heightened need for accuracy and organizational skills. Responsible for dealing with high-value, time-sensitive, and sometimes confidential financial transactions

Duties and Responsibilities

Reconcile bank accounts monthly

Reconcile the daily bank balance in SAP

Initiate funds transfers through the appropriate bank or payment portal

Reconcile stale dated outstanding checks through research or contact with the vendor/customer

Manage petty cash

Research fraud claims associated with possible fraudulent checks

Maintain records of Treasury activity for audit requests

Other duties as assigned

Skills and Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in SAP is preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Proven team player

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience

An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

Treasury experience

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping

Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
