JOB REQUIREMENTS: *NOW HIRING: RV Technician / Mechanic* We are seeking a motivated and dependable RV Technician/Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on a variety of recreational vehicles while ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities:* Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on RVs and campers. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other system concerns. Complete repairs and installations using manufacturer guidelines and shop procedures. Conduct routine maintenance and preventative service. Document repair orders and communicate findings with the service team. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. *Qualifications:* Previous mechanical, automotive, RV, diesel, marine, or related repair experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \ Valid driver\'s license required.
