Neilsoft's Manufacturing Practice offers engineering & digital services for Clients in the areas of Industrial machinery / equipment & production lines, Manufacturing automation and Digital Factory. We service a variety of industries, namely -- Paper & Pulp, Mining, Food & Beverages, Discrete manufacturing, Industrial products, etc.

Responsibilities **

? Assist in identifying target accounts, generating leads, and building a qualified prospect funnel. ? Support business development activities for defined industry verticals and offerings ? Participate in client interactions, meetings, and presentations alongside senior team members. ? Learn the complete sales cycle---from prospecting to closure---under the mentorship of a Senior Sales professional. ? Create a plan to address defined markets & execute on the plan to achieve business/revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

? 1+ years experience, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering fields (preferred). ? MBA or business coursework is mandatory. ? Passionate to build a career in Sales ? Strong communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to engage with clients ? Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment ? Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven ? Exposure to Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
