Senior Marketing Analyst (Radnor, PA)

Build, maintain, and enhance marketing data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and analytical frameworks used to measure and evaluate marketing performance across campaigns, digital channels, customer engagement programs, and business development initiatives. Integrate, validate, and analyze data from marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, website analytics tools, and learning management systems to support centralized reporting and business intelligence. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting packages to track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, digital content performance, audience behavior, and business trends. Analyze marketing and customer data to identify performance patterns, engagement trends, reporting gaps, and opportunities to improve campaign strategy, customer outreach, marketing operations, and decision-making. Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing leadership and cross-functional business stakeholders. Support data quality controls, reporting automation, documentation, and process improvements to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable marketing analytics outputs.

Job Requirements: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. Foreign equivalents accepted.

1 year experience (or 3 years with Bachelor's degree) in corporate marketing communications, marketing analytics, business intelligence, digital marketing, and/or a marketing agency environment.

Must include some experience with:

Power BI dashboard development and marketing performance reporting

Looker Studio for marketing reporting and campaign visualization

Excel for data modeling, data validation, and analysis

Marketing campaign tracking, performance measurement, and optimization

Marketing automation platform data analysis and reporting

CRM data analysis and customer/account-level reporting

Website analytics, UTM tracking, and digital campaign performance analytics

SQL for data warehouse querying and marketing analysis
