We are looking for a motivated sales representative to promote and sell our surface refinishing services to residential and commercial clients. The sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Join a proven sales system where sales reps regularly close 50% + of appointments.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels and referrals

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by management

Requirements:

Some sales experience/training, preferably in a related industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
