Applications are being accepted for the position of Staff Accountant. Duties require adding support to the Accounting Department.

Maintain all accounting reports, spreadsheets, and other related files

Transactional activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable (revenue recognition and billing), and payyroll

Bank and Credit Card reconciliation

Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Maintain fixed assets additions and disposals

Prepare for annual audits

Adheres to work schedule and attendance requirements

Performs other work as directed and required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Two (2) or more years of experience in an accounting position or similar role

Payroll processing. Knowledge of Paycom preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Ability to read and analyze financial reports

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Ability to multitask
