Valley Flooring - Jamestown is looking for a creative, motivated, and customer-focused Flooring and Surfaces Specialist to join our team!

Bring your creativity and design skills to life while helping customers find the perfect flooring and surface solutions for their homes and businesses. Youll work directly with customers to understand their vision, recommend products that fit their style and budget, and guide them through the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Meet with customers in their homes to take measurements and photos for flooring and remodeling projects.

Create basic room sketches and layouts.

Assist customers with product selection and confidently close sales.

Work with businesses, contractors, and installers on commercial projects.

Prepare and organize products and materials for contractors and installers.

Work with management on pricing, promotions, and vendors.

Manage daily tasks while keeping projects and the showroom organized.

Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a fun, positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

Creative with an interest in flooring, design, and remodeling.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to take measurements and sketch room layouts.

Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

Comfortable working with customers, contractors, and a sales team.

Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a fun, team-oriented environment.

Clean driving record and some medium weight lifting are required. Possible relocation reimbursement available.
