We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving questions and concerns, processing requests, and providing a positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person. Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Schedule appointments for sales associates. Process orders, returns, exchanges, payments, and other customer requests. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and needs are met. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues. Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude. Meet established customer service, quality, and performance standards. Protect customer information and follow company policies and procedures. Work Environment

This position involves working in a showroom. The representative may be required to communicate with customers throughout the day and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
