Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Collaborate with analog and mixed-signal IC design industry experts

Lead design projects and drive technical decision-making

Document and present the performance of your designs in detail

Support pre-silicon verification at block and/or top level according to the design flow

Review and analyze product requirements and translate them into robust designs

Support production test development and ramp to production

Mentor less experienced designers by promoting good design practices and fostering talent

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Master's degree or equivalent in Electronics or Microelectronics

12+ years of relevant professional experience

Proficiency with Cadence design tools/environment including Virtuoso and Maestro/Assembler/Explorer

Experience as a design team lead with strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-site teams with strong team spirit

Creative mindset with patents and/or international publications and proven problem-solving skills

Fluency in English
