Job Duties Service Dispatch & Parts/Warehouse Specialist | Organized Problem Solvers Wanted

*Service Coordination & Customer Support

Coordinate and schedule service, repair, installation, startup, and warranty work.

Communicate with customers regarding schedules, updates, and service requests.

Support technicians and subcontractors by ensuring work assignments are clearly communicated and efficiently organized.

Monitor open work orders and help keep projects moving toward completion.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and office communications.

*Parts, Inventory & Warehouse Operations

Manage inventory and coordinate material purchases for service operations.

Receive, organize, and distribute parts and materials.

Process warranty claims, returns, and vendor-related issues.

Maintain company-owned tools and equipment.

Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.

*Administrative Support

Assist with service proposals, maintenance agreements, and related documentation.

Process completed work orders and support operational and accounting functions.

Contribute ideas and improvements that help the team work more efficiently.

Minimum Education Required REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Forklift certification, or ability to obtain certification

DOT medical card, or ability to obtain

PREFERRED

Post Secondary Education

Minimum Experience Required REQUIRED:

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely

PREFERRED:

Experience in dispatching, customer service, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, construction, HVAC, or related industries

Experience using service management or scheduling software
