Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and

16+ years of overall IT experience

Hands-on experience installing and configuring

vCenter Server

Experience managing

ESXi clusters

Strong knowledge of VMware technologies, including:

vSphere

vCenter

Aria Suite

Experience implementing

NSX, SRM, and/or vSAN in disaster recovery or failover environments

3+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture and designing complex distributed systems, including:

Failover strategies

Recovery/rollback processes

Application partitioning

Experience monitoring and maintaining the health of virtual machines across multiple data centers

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Understanding of network and storage architectures, including:

SCSI, RAID, Ethernet

Multi-processor (SMP) designs

Experience virtualizing enterprise applications

Familiarity with

AWS environments

Experience with

VMware v7

Strong networking background

Experience supporting

cloud migration efforts

Experience with automation and operational integration across IT infrastructure
