Charlie's Toledo Inc seeks Master Technicians to work in the Toledo, Ohio metropolitan area with worksite at: 6100 Telegraph Rd, Toledo, OH 43612.

DUTIES: Performs vehicle maintenance and repairs on Stellantis brands to manufacturer standards. This role diagnoses concerns, completes repairs efficiently and correctly the first time, documents work clearly, and supports a safe, high-performing shop. Perform scheduled maintenance (oil services, tire rotations, filters, multi-point inspections). Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns using factory procedures and scan tools. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs in accordance with Stellantis policies and dealership standards. Use service information systems, wiring diagrams, and technical service bulletins to troubleshoot. Conduct test drives to confirm symptoms and verify repair quality. Document findings, causes, and corrections on repair orders with clear technician notes. Communicate with advisors/dispatch on job status, additional needs, and parts requirements. Maintain productivity and quality standards (efficiency, comeback prevention, proper torque/specs). Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean; follow all safety and PPE requirements. Participate in required Stellantis training and maintain certifications as needed.

REQUIRES: Must have at least 3 years (36 months) of experience in Automotive Service Technician, Automotive Technician, or similar position related to auto repairs and servicing. Must have experience conducting technical inspections and comprehensive vehicle checks; performing trouble shooting and diagnostic work on mechanical and electrical vehicle systems;

mounting, dismounting and balancing passenger car and light truck tires; performing auto repair duties.
