Job Description Job Duties: Lead and manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, management, clients, and project teams. Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and communication of project updates to stakeholders. Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry best practices. Track project performance metrics and prepare reports on project status, risks, and outcomes. Collaborate with technical and business teams to support solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Coordinate change management activities and ensure successful adoption of project deliverables. Ensure all project documentation, deliverables, and records are maintained accurately and timely.

Job Requirements: Required Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Software Architect, Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Analyst or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.
