We are looking for an entry-level Auto Glass Technician to join our team inDanvers, MA!

Responsibilities:

Work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience and technical expertise.

Participate in company-provided training to learn Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration procedures and emerging automotive technologies.

Learn and develop the skills needed to safely remove, prepare, and install windshields, door glass, and back glass safely and efficiently.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, your teammates, and customers.

Provide friendly, professional customer service and professional interaction.

Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork with attention to detail.

Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, ask questions, absorb new information, and continuously improve technical skills.
