Dow Credit Union is seeking a results-driven, member-focused Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and grow its residential mortgage sales function. This position is ideal for a producing sales leader who thrives in a "player-coach" role and is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building community relationships, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

The Mortgage Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Lending to drive strategy, accountability, and growth across the mortgage sales function while maintaining personal mortgage production responsibilities.

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team {#lead-and-develop-a-high-performing-team section-id="1gtl8vi" data-start="1685" end="1728"}

Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) and support staff.

Set clear expectations and drive accountability for performance, service, and activity goals.

Provide ongoing coaching through pipeline reviews, one-on-one meetings, and performance discussions.

Drive Mortgage Growth {#drive-mortgage-growth section-id="1xxqym3" data-start="2015" end="2040"}

Execute a proactive business development strategy to grow mortgage volume.

Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial advisors, and other referral partners.

Coach team members on pipeline management, referral generation, and conversion effectiveness.

Serve as a Producing Leader {#serve-as-a-producing-leader section-id="qxlfza" data-start="2325" end="2356"}

Dedicate approximately 20--25% of work time to personal loan origination.

Maintain an active pipeline and contribute directly to production goals.
