The Role: We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Consultant who thrives in a performance-driven environment. In this role, you aren't just a "car salesperson"---you are an advisor helping customers navigate our diverse inventory to find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.

[Key Responsibilities]{.underline}

Drive Sales: Lead customers through the entire sales process, from initial greeting and vehicle selection to the test drive and final paperwork.

Lead Management: Respond to internet leads, take inbound calls, and follow up with "walk-in" traffic using our CRM system.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our current inventory, including vehicle features, history reports, and financing options.

Negotiation: Work closely with the Sales Manager to structure deals that are profitable for the dealership while meeting the customer's needs.

Relationship Building: Develop a referral network and maintain long-term relationships with past customers to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we will train high-performers from other retail or hospitality backgrounds.

Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a focus on closing deals and hitting monthly targets.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financing or vehicle details clearly.

Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be comfortable working weekends.
