Rulmeca Corporation Sales Specialist

Rulmeca Corporation is looking for a technically inclined Sales Specialist to support sales of motorized pulleys and conveyor components.

This position is an excellent fit for graduates who enjoy hands-on problem solving and want to apply their technical knowledge in a customer-focused role.

This is a hybrid inside/outside sales role that combines technical application support with customer interaction and sales development.

How Your Skills Will Be Used

Review customer drawings and conveyor layouts

Assist with product selection and application engineering

Support troubleshooting, service coordination, and RMAs

Provide technical support to distributors and customers

Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to solve application challenges

Learn quoting, pricing, and sales fundamentals

What Youll Do

Support sales inquiries and prepare technical sales quotations

Act as a technical resource for customers and sales channels

Participate in customer visits, site reviews, and trade shows

Document applications and opportunities in CRM systems

Support new product introductions and training activities

Travel 30-50% visiting customers, tradeshows and other work-related activities

What You Bring

Associate or bachelors degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Business or related field

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

Interest in working with customers and solving real-world problems

Willingness to develop sales and communication skills
