Job Duties Based in Minneapolis, MN, IZiel Healthcare Inc. seeks multiple Mechanical Engineers/Design Engineers, to develop products with standards and processes, with cost, specifications, and timelines; design and build thermal and dynamic models and conduct FEM analysis; work on design and support & guide internal and external mechanical designers (suppliers); work with factory and field service engineers during initial builds, installations, and upgrades of newly introduced systems and modules, to ensure accurate functioning; perform analysis to identify gaps (NCRs, systemic problems, etc.) and develop corrective and preventive actions, to ensure timely implementation of countermeasures; work on manufacture specifications, that includes BOM, routings, setup sheets, and other related technical documentation; work on production issues and keep production running to support customer requirements until corrective actions can be implemented; perform root cause investigations for field issues and determine possible causes of failure; lead product design activities, concept development, and prototyping; create and interpret analyses to determine the suitability of design concepts; work on Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies to all aspects of the design and development process; work with manufacture and suppliers to ensure feasibility of high-volume assembly; create and release engineering drawings, reports, and presentations; work with medical device testing standards, tools, frameworks, and best practices; work using RoHS, REACH, Battery, and Prop65 standards, and drive initiatives to control hazardous materials in medical products. Various worksites throughout the U.S. - relocation is contingent on the client's needs. Frequency of relocation is unknown, and depends on the client's requirements. There is no national or international travel involved.

Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Engineering (any) or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required 5 years of experience as Application Engineer, Design Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Process Engineer, Product Engineer, or related
