WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider, comprised of three distinct business units that cater to SMB and B2G clients. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to help generate relevant digital and print content and employer branding initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, personable, and capable of learning the intricacies of a diverse set of products, industries, and internal systems. This is a temporary, full-time internship for the summer of 2026.

The responsibilities of the position may include:

Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold in each division.

Maintain accurate notes, calendars, tasks for both prospect related activities and internal Marketing initiatives.

In conjunction with our Marketing Coordinator, generate new sales leads across all divisions through various marketing efforts, including:

Email campaigns

Coordinated Events and Webinars

Social Media Management

Digital Content Creation

Coordinated drop-off campaigns

Take part in writing regular marketing content, to include:

Brochures, whitepapers, and blogs

Scriptwriting and project guidance for corporate videos and webinars

Develop and execute employer-branding campaigns, including:

Seeking publicity opportunities and acting as liaison with external media and advertising

Circulating press releases and submitting award nominations for media and community attention

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree required

Must present a polished, professional image to prospects

Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour work week

Able to learn new environments and technologies quickly

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and flexible, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
