Aurora Networks is seeking an accomplished, growth-oriented Vice President of Sales - Telecom to lead the company's sales organization and accelerate growth across the telecommunications, broadband, fiber, and service-provider markets.

Key Responsibilities:

The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing Aurora's go-to-market strategy, expanding relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, and regional telecommunications operators, and building a high-performance sales organization. The ideal candidate combines deep telecom-industry relationships with a proven record of selling OLT, PON, fiber-access, networking, and broadband infrastructure solutions to service providers.This executive will work closely with executive leadership, product management, engineering, operations, and strategic partners to translate market opportunities into revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

10+ years in telecom/MSO or service provider sales

Proven success managing large, strategic accounts ( OLT, PON, fiber-access, networking, and broadband infrastructure solutions )

Strong leadership, executive presence, and technical understanding of access and video networks

Willingness to travel frequently

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary) is $212,000.00-$424,000.00

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
