About the Position

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the gasketing and fluid sealing industry. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in industrial sales and technical product support. You will work with customers to provide solutions for sealing, gasketing, and fluid handling applications across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations

Prepare quotes and process sales orders

Support outside sales representatives and key accounts

Develop product knowledge related to gasketing and fluid sealing solutions

Maintain customer relationships through phone and email communication

Assist customers with technical questions and application support

Track opportunities and follow up on quotes

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Proficiency with basic computer systems and email communication

Preferred Experience

Background or familiarity with pumps, mechanical equipment, or industrial systems

Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or technical sales (a plus but not required)
