Coordinate calendar management, appointment setting, and meeting arrangements for staff members.

Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support office financial processes.

Support office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

Assist with personal assistant responsibilities as needed, including travel arrangements or special project support.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring all administrative procedures are followed efficiently.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office environment.

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry systems.

Previous experience handling multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.

Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing systems, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred).

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette.

Experience in small office environment roles is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued.
