This role owns the following accountabilities:

Assist Clients with Insurance Solutions- Help clients identify their needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and life insurance products.

Support the Sales Team- work alongside licensed agents to ensure smooth client onboarding, accurate policy processing, and timely follow-up.

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience- Uphold Trumble's reputation for outstanding service by maintaining clear communication, empathy, and professionalism with every client interaction.

Contribute to Team Success- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, participate in training, and share ideas that improve efficiency and results.

Develop and grow professionally- Embrace continuous learning opportunities to expand insurance knowledge, enhance sales skills, and prepare for future advancement within the agency.
