S&K Building Services is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Account Manager to help fuel our next chapter of growth.

As an Account Manager, you won't simply maintain accounts---you'll open doors, create opportunities, build lasting relationships, and play a key role in expanding S&K's growing national footprint.

You'll take ownership of your territory, develop smart and creative sales strategies, and turn opportunities into results.

What You'll Do

Generate and close new business through door-to-door outreach, cold calls, presentations, networking, and other creative prospecting strategies

Develop innovative, out-of-the-box sales strategies and measure what drives results

Qualify leads, manage a strong sales pipeline, and confidently close deals

Build meaningful, long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and business needs

Consistently meet---and strive to exceed---individual and team sales targets

Research prospective accounts, follow up on leads, and keep opportunities moving forward

Attend sales meetings, industry events, and training opportunities to stay ahead of the competition

Track sales performance and use financial and sales data to identify opportunities for growth

Build, grow, and maintain a strong client base throughout your assigned territory

Who Thrives in This Role

We're looking for someone with:

3--5 years of sales experience, preferably in the field services industry

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Experience using CRMs; Smart Service experience is a plus

Strong pipeline management and strategic selling skills

A tech-savvy, data-driven mindset

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

The self-motivation, discipline, and competitive drive to succeed independently

Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends, as needed

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Residence in---or willingness to relocate to---Lansing, Detroit, or Grand Rapids, with responsibility for serving all three markets
