As a Sales Executive, youll be instrumental in driving the growth of our buyback and refurbishing services. Your mission will be to connect with businesses and institutions in need of reliable, cost-effective technology solutions from sourcing used devices to offering refurbished equipment and services. Youll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, consulting, closing, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Consultative Selling

Communicate product and service value propositions clearly and persuasively.

Overcome objections and position Refreshed Tech as a trusted, reliable partner.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Provide high-touch customer service and proactive follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Address client concerns in a professional, timely manner.

Product and Market Expertise

Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and the electronic device lifecycle.

Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Team Collaboration

Align with the marketing team to execute coordinated campaigns and generate qualified leads.

Sales Reporting and CRM Management
