POSITION Description:

Responsible for the management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of Options Ink to ensure that this organizational area is managed and is performing efficiently and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and provide direct oversight of the operations at Options Ink

Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner

Prepare and provide customer quotes and pricing for orders

Maintain a working knowledge of production processes sufficient to support production scheduling and quality control

Hire and effectively train Options Ink staff

Organize and oversee the work and schedules of Options Ink staff

Identify

opportunities

for

process

and

operational management

improvements and

implement new systems

Report progress to senior management and work with them to improve operations and procedures

Develop and maintain operations systems for proper product and chemical handling, storage, and inventory control in accordance with applicable safety standards

Ensure staff are trained on and follow proper safety procedures for handling and storing chemicals and materials used in production

Evaluate and update policies and procedures to increase operations efficiency

Ensure all financials are accounted for and coordinate with the finance department when necessary

Improve customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes
