[Service Tech]{#service-tech}

The Service Tech is responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial motor vehicles, ensuring efficient, high-quality service for trucks and trailers in both field and shop environments, while completing accurate and timely service reports and effectively communicating with drivers and supervisors to coordinate service schedules. The Service Tech works evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience working on heavy duty equipment to include diesel or gas engines, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems and components, wheel end and air brakes, air and electrical systems, A/C, clutch and driveline, PTO, suspension, tires, etc.

Knowledge of DOT Rules and Regulations as required for operation of commercial motor vehicles

Must meet Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards

Must pass the companys pre-employment drug and alcohol.
