As a Truck Wash Crew Member / Driver, you will be responsible for traveling to various worksite locations with our mobile wash unit, ensuring our trucks and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This dynamic position offers a blend of driving, hands-on work, and equipment maintenance, with the added security of yard and shop work during inclement weather to guarantee consistent hours. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Operate company vehicles, primarily a truck pulling a trailer equipped with cleaning apparatus, safely and efficiently to various worksite locations within and around Merkel, TX.

Perform thorough cleaning of Dunagin Transport trucks, trailers, and other equipment to ensure optimal appearance and operational readiness.

Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and techniques to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants effectively.

Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and longevity.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during driving and cleaning operations.

Accurately track and report work performed, mileage, and equipment status as required.

During periods of inclement weather or when truck washing operations are not feasible, transition to yard and shop work, assisting with various tasks such as facility upkeep, equipment organization, and minor repairs to ensure consistent work hours.

Represent Dunagin Transport professionally at all times, interacting respectfully with colleagues and clients.

Potentially involve 1 to 2 overnight stays per week to accommodate travel to worksite locations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Driver's License with a clean and demonstrable good driving record.

Ability to operate a company truck safely and confidently while towing a trailer.

Strong work ethic and a commitment to producing high-quality results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment servicing and troubleshooting.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel (including overnight stays, up to 2 times per week).

Ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., car wash, detailed cleaning, or equipment maintenance).

Familiarity with commercial vehicle cleaning products and techniques.
