What the job looks like: This is a part-time, embedded coaching role, approximately 10 hours per week to start. Rather than a fixed scope, you and the team will identify together where your coaching and support are most valuable-whether that\'s pairing, ensembling/mob programming, retrospective facilitation, or something else that emerges once you\'re working alongside them. The work is fully remote. Embed with the a Flexionteam to observe how they currently collaborate and identify where coaching would have the most impact Facilitate and coach ensembling/mob programming sessions, pairing, and other collaborative practices tailored to the team\'s real needs Help the team explore how collaborative practices like ensembling apply in an AI-assisted development @context Coach individuals and the team through specific collaboration challenges, experiments, or questions as they arise Share observations, feedback, and recommendations with the team and Flexion leadership on where continued investment would be most valuable As capacity and interest allow, contribute to broader initiatives such as onboarding workshops, company-wide talks, or recurring office hours Why we want to hire you: You can deliver in small pieces as you go, while still thinking about how they fit into the whole.
