B&N Water/Wastewater Engineer, Entry Level Responsibilities:

Perform construction related services including construction observation, shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, and perform field inspections Complete daily reports and interact with owners and B&N project manager as needed for progress updates and non-conformance reports using iPad and MS office programs Coordinate with our project teams, internally and externally and participate in project field work for the collection of data, site assessments, field verifications and related functions Provide support for project managers and senior design engineers Perform tasks related to the design and construction of water/wastewater and utility infrastructure processes and facilities, including CAD drafting Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis and construction cost estimates Be available to travel to other offices and project sites to provide support as needed

Skills & Qualification:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited program required Engineer Intern (EI) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months. Has a desire to become a PE 0-2 years of related water/wastewater experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with AutoCAD and REVIT is a plus Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to utilize virtual collaboration tools Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
