Long Island Clean Water Service is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to coordinate and oversee our lead generation and sales programs with major retail partners, including Costco, Lowes, and Home Depot.

In this key role, you'll serve as the communication hub between our sales representatives, in-store lead generation team, and retail partner programs. You'll manage online dashboards, track lead activity, ensure accurate reporting, and help keep our sales pipeline running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage and update lead generation and sales information across Costco, Lowes, and Home Depot online platforms Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-up activities between sales representatives and in-store lead generators Monitor lead flow and ensure timely data entry and reporting Generate reports and track key performance metrics Assist with onboarding and supporting part-time lead generation staff Learn and navigate multiple software systems, including company CRM tools and retail partner platforms Help identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency

Qualifications

Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online dashboards is preferred Administrative, sales support, or project coordination experience is a plus
