As our company continues to grow, were seeking a driven and organized professional who can start in customer service and office administration with a clear opportunity to expand into an Assistant General Manager / Controller role.

Position Overview

Were looking for a full-time Administrative / Customer Service Assistant who is great on the phones, organized with details, and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software. This is a growth position for someone who wants to learn company operations and eventually contribute to management and finance functions.

Youll begin by supporting our customer service and administrative team answering calls, scheduling, invoicing, and data entry and, over time, take on expanded responsibilities assisting our President and VP in finance, accounting, and general operations.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Administrative Tasks Answer and manage phone calls professionally Assist customers with inquiries, service scheduling, and product information Perform general administrative and office support Manage records, invoicing, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency

Assistant GM / Controller Development

Support the executive team in daily oversight of company operations Assist with accounting functions: accounts payable/receivable, payroll, invoicing, and reporting Participate in management meetings and help with budgeting and forecasting Communicate effectively with technicians, staff, customers, vendors, and suppliers Contribute to operational decision-making and financial controls as you grow into the role

Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (QuickBooks or similar a plus) Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks Interest in accounting, business management, or operations Bachelors degree or coursework in business, accounting, or finance preferred Prior office, customer service, or bookkeeping experience strongly preferred
