Now we're looking for a driven Sales Representative who's ready to take that mission to new customers and get rewarded for doing it. We are looking for Sales Representatives for the Twin Cities and Chicago/Gary Indiana areas.

What You'll Do

This is a true business development role. You'll spend your time building relationships, opening doors, meeting decision-makers, preparing proposals, and winning new commercial cleaning accounts.

You'll be responsible for:

Prospecting and generating new business opportunities

Meeting with business owners and facility managers

Conducting facility walkthroughs and identifying customer needs

Preparing professional bids and proposals

Following up, overcoming objections, and closing sales

Building long-term customer relationships

Working with our operations team to ensure successful customer transitions

Commercial janitorial service sales experience is a plus, but a proven closer with the right attitude can thrive here.
