Qualified candidates will be required to perform a wide variety of entry-level accounting tasks. Key Job Duties: - Assist with accounts receivable transactions - Accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department - Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements promptly and accurately - Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment status - Manage invoice submission and maintenance for customer payment portals - Data Entry - Reporting - Bookkeeping - Resolution of discrepancies related to any of the tasks he or she performs - Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records - Provide assistance to and support for team members - Assist with ensuring the company's daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively ### ### Requirements
