Front Range Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Testing Coordination Support professional for a full-time position with a restoration and environmental testing company.

Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 730AM - 430PM

Location: In Person -- Training in Pueblo, CO for the first two weeks, then permanently based in Colorado Springs, CO.

This position provides administrative, field, and testing coordination support to technicians performing asbestos and environmental testing. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, comfortable asking questions and following up for missing information, and able to work closely with field technicians to ensure testing paperwork, field data, test results, and required documentation are accurate and complete.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. While strong administrative and computer skills are important, the role directly supports restoration and environmental testing operations and will include time in the field collecting information and data needed for testing documentation and reports.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

2+ years of administrative, coordination, restoration, construction, environmental testing, or related experience preferred.

Experience in restoration, asbestos, mold, remediation, environmental testing, or construction is highly preferred.

Work closely with testing technicians to coordinate jobs, field data, test results, required documentation, and project timelines.

Review, organize, and process technician paperwork and testing documentation, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and meets established testing procedures and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and process asbestos and environmental testing reports, following up with technicians when information is missing, inconsistent, or requires clarification.

Go into the field as needed to collect data, document site conditions, gather project information, and obtain information necessary to complete testing reports.

Accurately enter and maintain job information, field data, testing results, customer information, and project records within company systems.

Track active projects, outstanding documentation, testing results, and deadlines to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Coordinate scheduling and communication between testing technicians, customers, management, and other parties involved in projects.

Provide administrative support including email, phones, document preparation, data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.

Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies, ask questions, seek clarification, and follow up.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field technicians, customers, and management.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems, with the ability to quickly learn testing and industry-specific software.

Comfortable working in both office and field environments.

Dependable, organized, professional, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
