The Opportunities

We are currently partner-hiring for several growth-oriented office positions. We will try and align you with one of the roles if you have naturally sharp skills and work experience in one or more of the following areas:

Administrative Assistant

: Master the daily workflow by managing executive calendars, coordinating high-priority meetings, preparing professional correspondence, and keeping office operations running seamlessly.

Inside Sales Representative

: Drive revenue by managing warm inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, qualifying business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships through the sales pipeline.

Account Coordinator

: Act as the critical bridge between clients and internal execution teams, ensuring order accuracy, tracking project milestones, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications We Look For

To ensure immediate success in these fast-paced environments, candidates must meet these foundational requirements:

Experience

: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in at least one of the target areas, preferably more (Administrative, Inside Sales, or Account Coordination).

Communication

: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a highly professional demeanor.

Tech Savvy

: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a major plus. Tell us about your AI experience too

Adaptability

: Proven ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain a sharp attention to detail under tight deadlines.
