Great Work Employment is hiring for an internal recruiter for our busy Brooklyn, OH office. Since 1992, we connect office and factory job seekers with our clients who have local job openings. Currently, we are looking for someone to assist in the human resources dept with recruiting, screening and other administrative duties.

A degree in HR is NOT necessary. We are looking for people who are genuinely helpful, like working in a busy environment and is comfortable with inbound/outbound phone work. The job is computer based (meaning everything is put in the computer) so being able to enter information as you talk is really important. This is a sales role in that we need people who are kind, courteous, responsive, and helpful - people work with people they like.

Schooling is important but we know there are a lot of ways to be trained: 2 years on the job, 2-year degree, vocational HS diploma, military training or a 4-year degree that you found out wasn't for you - we take them all

Reliability is so important - teamwork means not letting your team down and the best way to do that is to be there when expected.
