Schedule:

Work Environment:

Manassas, VA

Primary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop, with occasional interaction in the shop area as needed

Fast paced Service Center supporting emergency vehicles

Key Job Duties:

Oversee administrative functions including answering phones, greeting customers, distributing mail, ordering office supplies

Process payroll for the assigned location by correcting errors associated with CDK technician time reports

Opening repair orders

Credit card reconciliation

Using an online billing system for invoices and receiving payments

Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

What were looking for:

Experience in an administrative, service, or parts role preferably in a dealership or heavy duty environment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Experience with CDK or similar service management systems preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems

Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to pass pre-employment screening
