Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Identify and develop new prospects and close sales to meet targets.

Analyze and articulate the ROI of our solutions to decision-makers.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop long-term strategic plans.

Stay current on market trends and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B, Data Analytics Software, or ERP software sales.

In-depth experience with MES implementation or selling value-added solutions to the target market.

Strong understanding of manufacturing shop floors and processes.

Proven track record of quantifiable sales success.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with advanced time and priority management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
