Job Title: Account Executive

Job Description:

Identify potential customers and generate leads via cold calling, networking, email campaigns and inbound inquiries

Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

Understand client needs and present tailored solutions

Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively

Manage & nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business

Provide after sales support & ensure customer satisfaction

Identify upsell & cross sell opportunities within existing accounts

Meet or Exceed sales quotas/revenue targets

Track sales activities and pipeline progress through CRM tools

Stay up to date with industry and market trends

Collaborate with marketing, customer service, product teams to ensure customer needs are met & sales goals are achieved

Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions and progress through CRM software

Prepare regular sales report for management

Required Experience :

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, related field preferred

2-4 years of Sales experience preferably in B2B or Saas Sales

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong negotiation and problem solving skills

Proficiency in CRM software - Salesforce/ HubSpot

Excellent time management and organizational skills
