Key Responsibilities:

Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Maintain and update general ledger.

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies during all financial transactions.

Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial systems.

Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Leverage QuickBooks Desktop to streamline bookkeeping processes.

Address and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.

Assist in special financial projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper; tech industry experience is a bonus.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory.

Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred).

Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (but equivalent experience will be considered).

Accounting Software Systems, Computerized Accounting System, Microsoft Excel, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Annual Budget, Cash Flow Analysis, QuickBooks Enterprise
