Responsibilities Responsible for the efficient operation of the company's mail room and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Mails printed invoice copies to customers daily Mails printed statement copies to customers monthly Assists with processing sales representative mailings Assist with tracking the amount of postage used daily. Assists with tracking department label stock, ribbons, envelops, and laminate Back up making post office runs. Responds same-day to all voicemails, emails, and Teams messages received within working hours Performs other duties as assigned by the department leadership Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent The ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds The ability to stand on concrete for up to 3 hours at a time, climb stairs, and walk up to 1000 yards in the Distribution Center at a time The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions Must have reliable transportation to support mailroom duties, including backing up post office runs. * The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period Additional Information Monday-Friday on-site role.
