Our client is seeking a dedicated Invoicing and Administrative Specialist to join their team. As an Invoicing and Administrative Specialist, you will be part of the PA Warehouse supporting the administrative and invoicing functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Specialist

Location: Shippensburg, PA Pay: $18 an hour

What's the Job?

Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients accurately and promptly.

Verify billing details including amounts, dates, and payment terms to ensure correctness.

Monitor and track outstanding invoices, sending reminders and following up as needed.

Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and inquiries from clients or internal teams.

Support daily office operations such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.

What's Needed?

1-2 years of experience in administrative roles or invoicing functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with invoicing or accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
