Job Title: Field Service Technician - Entry-Level | St. Louis, MO

Pay: $18-$20/hr | Full-Time | On-Site

We're looking for a dependable Field Service Technician in the St. Louis area to support customers in the battery and power systems industry. This is an ideal role for someone who is career-minded and interested in learning a skilled trade.

What You'll Do:

Receive 6-8 weeks of on-the-job training to support battery installations and maintenance

Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on battery systems and charging equipment

Learn to inspect, test, and install industrial batteries across a variety of applications

Provide excellent customer service while communicating effectively with both customers and teammates

Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and a company-provided service vehicle

Support documentation needs including service reports, quality alerts, and expense logs

Collaborate with other team members to resolve service issues and propose solutions

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn

Comfortable using basic math and reading tape measurements

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Mechanical aptitude; experience using hand and power tools is a plus

Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs; frequently active on the job

Clean, professional appearance appropriate for occasional customer-facing interactions

Ability to read and understand procedures, safety materials, and manuals in English
