We have a substantial interest in the Round Top, Heavy Rare Earth, Lithium and Critical Minerals deposit in West Texas. We have also developed the United States' first rare earth and critical minerals processing facility and we own the only scalable, sintered neo-magnet manufacturing system in the Western Hemisphere. Position Overview: Position Overview: We are currently seeking two geology interns to join our rare earth exploration program based in Sierra Blanca, Texas, to assist with projects at Round Top.

Undergraduate Geology Intern : We are looking for an undergraduate geology student eager to gain hands-on experience in mineral exploration. The intern will assist with core logging, sample collection, and standard exploration field work under the guidance of our geology team.

Graduate Geology Intern: We are seeking a graduate-level geology student with a stronger foundation in mineralogy or economic geology. The intern will take on a more active role in core logging, data interpretation, and other standard exploration industry tasks.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Both Levels):

          Enrollment in an accredited geology or geoscience program (Entering Junior Year or higher)

          Basic understanding of geological mapping and logging principles

          Eagerness to learn field-based exploration methods

          Ability to work in a remote field environment

          Interest in the mining industry

Physical Demands

The work environment will be a mix of a typical office environment, a manufacturing floor and a construction site. Noise level: Normal office, manufacturing and construction noises.
